Snapshot of the first French endowment funds PDF Print E-mail
EAPG is pleased to make available the first French study on endowment funds carried out by the law firm Aklea; please click here to download a copy of the study. Created recently by the “Law on the Modernisation of the Economy of August 4, 2008”, endowment funds are a true “revolution” in the French world of foundations. EAPG would like to thank Stéphane Couchoux of the international law firm Aklea (with headquarters in Paris) for making this available to other members, and Jan Jennings Cailleux of Viking Consulting Services in Paris for reviewing the English translation of this study. The original French version of the study can be found on Aklea's website, www.aklea.fr as well as on the French Ministry of Culture’s web site.
